She's turning 30

My daughter is turning 30 in 11 days.  30.  WHERE has the time gone?  This picture of her on her wedding day three-and-a-half years ago is how I have always seen her.

She is funny and caring and beautiful.  She loves animals and her friends and her family -- and maybe even in that order!

She puts herself out there to help people who need help.  She's a great softball player and trombonist.  She and her husband spend their time together in a myriad of sports (mountain biking, motorcycling, softball, racquetball, snowmobiling, etc.). 

She loves the beach and ice cream.  Great Danes and games.  She has a wicked sense of humor and has started quilting!   Oh, yes...and she loves Caleb!  :)

She enjoys life.  Here.  Today.  She went through some tough times as any child does, but has come to this part of her life strong and full of joy. 

I am so proud of her and so excited to join her in this new stage of her life.  We'll be celebrating soon with another of her favorites -- BRUNCH FOOD!
