It was absolutely superb today -- March 16 and the weather was great -- the promise of spring! I had the desire to walk/run when I got home and I followed up on it. 30 minutes, walking and running, 4th day in the last 5. God is giving me the desire to do some of these things that are good for me. And obedience feels good.

Now, I have to go take a long hot soak in the tub because my calves don't feel good....
